Deuteronomy 3:5-7

5 All these were cities fortified with high walls, gates and bars, besides a great many [a]unwalled towns. 6 And we [b]devoted them to destruction, as we did to (A)Sihon king of Heshbon, [c](B)devoting to destruction [d]the men, women, and little ones of every city. 7 (C)But all the animals and the spoil of the cities we took as our plunder.
